1. Who we are

Carousel Crew ("we", "us") is a service operated by Ahrnik Multi Media, Plot No. A/14/1, Ground Floor, Santlal Co-op Housing Society, Hirabaug, Varachha Road, Surat 395006, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at hello@carouselcrew.com.

2. The service

We plan, create and, with your permission, publish social media posts (carousels and single-image posts) for your business on Instagram. We create content using a combination of creative software and review by our team.

3. Free trial

The free trial includes 4 sample posts made for your business, delivered by email. No payment details are required. The trial ends 7 days after you receive your posts. If you don't choose a plan, nothing further happens and you are not charged.

4. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars, in advance, through our payment provider, Razorpay. Plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and posts already scheduled for that period will still be published unless you ask us to stop. We don't offer refunds for partial months.

6. Your approval

We don't publish any post without your approval. You are responsible for reviewing each post, including prices, offers, claims and dates, before approving it.

7. Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, photos, text and other materials you send us, and you allow us to use them to create your posts.

8. Ownership

Once paid for, the final posts we create for you belong to you. We may show anonymized or approved examples of our work unless you ask us not to.

9. Instagram access

You connect your Instagram account through Instagram's official login. We never ask for or store your password. You can remove our access at any time in your Instagram settings. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions made by Instagram or Meta.

10. Results

We work to create content that helps your business, but we can't guarantee specific results such as followers, likes, reach or sales.

11. Acceptable use

We may decline to create content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that breaks Instagram's rules, and we may end service for accounts that request such content.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll let you know by email about important changes.
