What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email, business name, Instagram handle, website, city and state, time zone, brand details, logo and photos.
- Instagram data: after you subscribe and connect your account, we access only what's needed to publish posts and read basic post results.
- Chat and email: messages you send us through live chat or email.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider, Razorpay. Your card details go to them, not to us, and we never see or store them. We keep only which plan you are on, a subscription reference and the date your plan is paid up to.

What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use your photos or brand materials for anyone else.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run Carousel Crew, such as hosting, email, live chat, file storage, content creation tools and payments, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also share information if required by law.
Where your data is stored
Your information may be processed and stored by our providers in the United States and other countries.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are a customer and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@carouselcrew.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can remove our Instagram access in your Instagram settings.
Children
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
