Delete your data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you and your business at any time, whether or not you are still a customer. You do not need a reason and there is no charge.

How to ask

Email us from the address you signed up with:

hello@carouselcrew.com

Put Delete my data in the subject line and include your business name.

If you can no longer use that email address, write from any address and tell us your business name and Instagram handle so we can find your account.

What happens next

We confirm we have received your request, normally within two working days.
We delete your data within 30 days.
We email you to confirm it is done.

What gets deleted

Your contact details, business details and brand information
Your logo and every photo you uploaded
Every post, caption and image we created for you
Your preview page, which stops working
Your Instagram access token, if you connected your account

Disconnecting Instagram on your own

If you only want to stop us reaching your Instagram account, you do not need to contact us at all. Open Instagram, go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, and remove Carousel Crew. We lose access immediately. You can also remove us from Meta Business Suite under Business settings.

Removing access this way stops any further posting but does not delete the rest of your data. Email us if you want that too.

What we may keep

We keep records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records, for as long as the law requires. These are kept only for that purpose and are not used for anything else.
